When the maths clearly favours it

Where a property fights a recurring condition rather than an occasional one. A house taking sprinkler overspray, a north elevation under permanent damp, a river-corridor property loading screens with cottonwood every spring: in all of those, frequency beats intensity, and repeated lighter cleans hold the property in better condition than one heroic annual clean does.

When a one-time clean is the better buy

A sheltered house with no hard water problem, modest tree cover and no particular exposure genuinely does not need monthly attention. Once or twice a year is enough, and paying for more is buying something you do not need. We would rather say that than sign you up.

The thing to check in any plan
